Short-term rental operators run on a stack they did not choose: one system for bookings, another for pricing, another for cleaning, and a spreadsheet holding it together. Report Genius pulls all of it into one reporting picture. We built the integration and reporting engine behind it, plus the admin suite that runs it.

• Integration layer across the property-management stack — Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, Cloudbeds and Track PMS — plus PriceLabs and KeyData for pricing and market data
• Breezeway integration so cleaning and maintenance operations land in the same picture as revenue
• Neighbourhood and property snapshots stored as-of a date, so a number can always be read against the day it was true
• Response-time tracking that respects each account’s working hours instead of penalising an overnight gap
• Headless-browser collection for the platforms with no usable API, run behind a proxy pool
• Google Sheets as the delivery surface, because that is where the client already worked
• A separate admin suite — Express, Auth0 sign-in, MySQL — for account configuration and log review
