I started haynes lab to give founders the kind of senior technical partner that usually arrives after the first rewrite.
For 13+ years, I have built and led software across SaaS, mobile, AI, connected hardware, and internal operations. The work ranges from taking a product from a deck to its first paying users to stabilizing an existing platform before the next hiring or fundraising stage.
Clients work directly with the person making the architecture decisions and reviewing the code. There is no account-management layer between the business problem and the engineer responsible for solving it.
