CRE Analyst

CRE Analyst trains people for careers in commercial real estate. We act as their fractional CTO: setting architecture direction across a suite of Next.js learning apps on one shared Supabase project, building new products end to end, and reviewing what already exists before it gets forked into the next program.

• Fractional CTO engagement — architecture direction, code review, and delivery planning across the product suite
• Daily Drills: a Next.js 16 / React 19 quiz product — emailed drill, one-click answer, end-of-day results email with AI-written insight
• Scheduling built on Vercel Cron with atomic Postgres claims, so no drill can be double-sent and no external scheduler is needed
• One shared Supabase project across sibling apps — auth, Postgres, storage, pgvector — with row-level security and admin gating
• Interactive exercise modules and the 12 Levers dashboard, plus a written architecture review before the next program forked the codebase
• Test discipline in the loop: Vitest unit and integration, Playwright e2e, and a strict TypeScript pass on every change
