Buildineer

Buildineer is a construction field-operations platform — crews track tasks and time from their phones, the office watches progress in real time. We came in for the production-readiness work: hardening the offline-first time tracking, fixing what quietly broke under real jobsite conditions, and instrumenting the system so the team sees problems before customers do.

• Time-tracking rebuild on a client-authoritative model behind a feature flag, so it shipped without a big-bang cutover
• Offline-first hardening on the Svelte 5 PWA field app — queued writes and conflict handling for spotty jobsite connectivity
