1. These terms
Steadily is an app made by haynes lab LLC (“we”), a North Carolina limited liability company. By downloading or using Steadily, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. A free app
Steadily is free. There is nothing to buy, no ads and no account. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under the rules of the app store you got it from.
3. Your data
The app stores its main data on your device. Exports, backups and optional connections to other services are described in the Steadily privacy policy. We do not hold a copy, so we cannot restore anything you delete or lose. Keeping backups and exports safe is up to you.
4. Not medical advice
Steadily is not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Categories are shown for reference only, based on published guidelines. Always talk to your doctor about your readings and before changing any medication.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
5. Fair use
Use Steadily only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or try to interfere with how it works. The app, its name and its design belong to haynes lab LLC. Open-source components are covered by their own licences.
6. Provided as is
Steadily is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We do not promise the app will be error free or always available, and we may change or stop offering it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, haynes lab LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Steadily or your inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
8. Other services
Apple and Google, and any other app or service you choose to open from Steadily, have their own terms and policies. They are not responsible for supporting Steadily; we are.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
