BB Taxidermy

BB Taxidermy needed one system for work in progress, orders, and customer communication. We built the web app that tracks a mount from intake through production to pickup, with a portal so customers can see where their piece is without calling.

• Production tracking for taxidermy jobs from intake through to delivery
• Order management and a customer-facing portal on Next.js 15 App Router
• Supabase Postgres with row-level security, and transactional email through Resend
• Playwright and Vitest suites, plus a black-box QA runbook that runs against staging
• Railway deploy pipeline with separate staging and production environments
