Terms of Service

1. The service
The Haynes Lab Client Portal (the “Service”) is a mobile and web application operated by Haynes Lab LLC. It lets organizations view automated audit results and uptime status for websites they own or manage.
2. Your account
- Your account is created and managed by your organization’s admin. You may not share login credentials.
- You may delete your account from within the mobile app at any time. Doing so removes your access; data owned by your organization is retained per your organization’s data retention policies.
- You agree not to attempt to access other organizations’ data, bypass authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities outside the scope of an authorized engagement.
3. Audits and monitored sites
Audits are best-effort measurements of publicly accessible URLs. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Audit results should be treated as inputs to a human review, not as legal or compliance certifications.
4. Availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA commitments unless agreed in a separate Master Services Agreement. The Service is provided “as is.”
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from the app.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haynes Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
