to a working product.

The previous agency had gone over budget with little usable code. We assessed the existing work, rebuilt the API, and shipped the mobile apps, onboarding, payments, and admin tools.

The $3,500 review

Know what you’re
paying to fix.

We agree on one application and its backend, the core workflow to inspect, and the access needed. You get a written decision and a practical next step.

Code and delivery review
Architecture, build and deployment setup, dependencies, and the agreed core workflow.
Prioritized findings
What blocks progress, what can wait, and whether to salvage or rebuild the affected pieces.
Implementation plan
Hours and price by line item, with a ceiling for the agreed work. You can cut or defer any item.
Walkthrough with Dan
A call to discuss the findings and the next step. You keep the report whether or not we build it.

The review does not include fixes, a full rebuild, a penetration test, or a compliance certification. Multiple apps, hardware, and unusually large systems need a separate scope.

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

Will you work with someone else’s code?

Yes. We begin by assessing it. A rewrite is a decision to justify, and the review gives you the evidence to make it.

What happens after the review?

You receive an itemized implementation proposal. Delivery is hourly against an agreed ceiling for a named scope. The review fee is separate from implementation.

Do I need to share code before the first call?

No. A brief description and any public product link are enough for the fit call. We arrange appropriate access after agreeing on scope.

Do you only work with Charlotte companies?

We’re based in Charlotte and work remotely with businesses across the United States.
